2022年8月19日,上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院成功完成首例单孔机器人经脐胃间质瘤切除术,该手术由普外科赵任教授团队使用我国自主研发、具有独立知识产权的术锐单孔腔镜手术机器人实施。
此前,赵任教授团队已使用术锐机器人完成单孔结肠癌、直肠癌、胆囊、阑尾切除术等6台手术。本次手术是术锐机器人完成的首例胃肿瘤手术,也创下了操作时间40分钟、胃黏膜完整未破的单孔手术纪录!

赵任教授团队使用术锐机器人为患者实施手术
经过赵任教授团队术前详细商讨、精心策划,确定在病人脐部开长约3cm的竖切口,作为单孔机器人主入口,以专用多通道鞘管置入术锐单孔手术机器人3D内窥镜及3支蛇形手术工具,术者通过运用组织抓钳、双极抓钳和单极弯剪在遥操作下实施手术。
首先探查腹腔,游离胃表面网膜,显露胃小弯侧;进而根据胃镜荧光定位,寻找到胃肿瘤;后打开浆膜层,沿肿瘤边界完整剥离出肿瘤。
患者术后切口仅为3cm
整台手术中,术锐单孔腔镜手术机器人的遥操作时间仅40分钟,术者操作行云流水、一气呵成,患者术后状态良好,正在迅速康复。
